Account Manager

I’ve been working in the IT industry for over 15 years, and it’s my interest of seeing how new technology works which has fuelled my career. I‘ve gained experience at both manufacturer and sales level, so I know all the ins and outs of the IT industry.

My account management style is solution orientated. I adopt a consultative approach with my customers, investing time to understand their daily business challenges and individual IT requirements in order for me to provide the best product or solution to fit the business. Working with PCS enables me to utilise the knowledge and expertise of PCS’ highly skilled technical team along with the PCS service offerings and on-site demonstration facilities to enhance my customers‘ experience and understanding of the solution we are providing.

My customer base is built up of a range of businesses from the oil and gas/ petroleum and geo services industries to media. My balanced portfolio of customers has enabled me to gain a well-rounded wealth of knowledge, understanding what solutions and products are right for each sector and type of business. I’ve been working with a number of my customers for over 10 years. I’ve been told what has maintained these strong relationships is being fast, reliable and honest, traits which my customers value and has allowed trusting relationships to stand the test of time.

Outside of the office my time is taken up by socialising with my mates and importantly my love of football, I’m either watching it or playing it.

I’m a savvy account manager, and use my knowledge and expertise, from network security to storage to converged infrastructure to servers, advising and sourcing the best solutions to fit each unique business requirements, enabling me to become a trusted advisor to my customers.
