Account Manager

I’ve always had an interest in all things technical. I completed an IT course at college, built and fixed my own PC’s at home and have kept up to date with the latest product releases. It’s my genuine interest in technology which has led to 10 successful years working in the IT industry. When it comes to the experience I have gained in the industry I’d consider myself a ‘Jack of all trades’, having worked in different roles and areas such as IT retail, customer services, technical support and IT account management, enabling me to gain a wealth of knowledge and understanding of all aspects of IT.

What makes me unique as an IT Account Manager is my technical ability. My hands-on experience whilst working in technical support roles and extensive training has seen me gain recognised qualifications including VMware Technical Sales Professional, enabling me to share my knowledge and understanding of products and solutions to my customers. If I’m putting a quote together I will always do my research so that I understand fully how every aspect of the product or solution
works, for the benefit of my customer, as well as for my own personal interest in the technology. My technical know-how is complimented by my high standards in the customer service I deliver, enabling me to source the best products and solutions to fit each customers unique requirements and has allowed strong relationships to be built.

Outside of the office I’m kept busy spending time with my young family and if I have any time to spare it’ll involve music, mostly playing my guitar, something that I’ve been mastering for 15 years.
