Account Manager

I’ve been an Account Manager at PCS for 1 year, with 15 years’ experience working in the IT industry. As an Account Manager I am the first point of contact for all of my customers providing support and advice that is relevant and cost effective to each unique business. I use my exceptional industry knowledge to provide flexible, tailor-made solutions for my customers’ IT hardware, software and office consumable requirements. Once appropriate products and solutions have been selected by my customer I am responsible for managing every step of the order until they are quickly received. As a PCS Account Manager I aim to quickly integrate with my customers business, helping it to grow efficiently and productively and to develop a professional relationship.
