Account Manager

I've been working in the IT industry for 15 years, progressing to an experienced Account Manager role. My personable qualities are something I like to bring into the workplace, and I'm recognised by my colleagues for being bubbly and sharing positivity at work, all attributes which I transfer into my role as an Account Manager.

Although my customers can't see me, they know that I'm smiling on the other end of the phone, my calls aim to brighten up my customers' day. I like to strike the balance of having a personal and professional understanding of my customers which is why I would describe the relationships which I have with them as a friendship. I have known the majority of my customers for 13 years, so we have been there during important landmarks of each other's lives like getting married and the birth of my 3 children. So a call to my customers is as much as a catch up, such as exchanging stories of sleepless nights or sharing how we spent the weekend with our family, as it is using my industry knowledge to advise and source the latest IT supplies.

My account management style is open and honest, traits which my customers value and has allowed trusting relationships to stand the test of time. I go that extra mile to get to know my customers, and I have visited a number of them so that I can see first-hand how they work and where they work so that I can really get to know the person behind the phone in order to supply the best products to suit their business. I'm an experienced Account Manager who provides a service with a personal touch.
